Red Badge Envy

Hi heroes,

I have read many excellent posts about how to become an eLearning Hero. I completely agree that it is a behavior and an attitude that a hero takes on in everything they do. Today though, I'm interested in the logistics of becoming a "Hero" on this site. How do people get that red badge next to their name? Is it a points system based on challenges, posts and responses? Or is it something else? If it's a points system, where can I find out how many points I have and how many I have to earn? Thanks for your guidance as always.

I will share your questions with our community team as that is handled by them. I'm not sure that there is a formula to share, but perhaps they can share some ideas or suggestions that may be helpful :)

"Our community managers recommend new Super Heroes regularly, and we invite new Super Heroes into the program based on their recommendations."
