I have seen articles from 4 years ago about this issue. Every slide I try to edit at this point give me a red X. We recently applied new templates. Could this have caused it? Does anyone have any suggestions of how to fix this? THANKS!
Sorry to hear about the issue. Which Storyline version are you using if I may ask? You can try to repair Storyline 360 with this article. Also can you specify where are you getting the red X? A screenshot would be very helpful.

Thank for the reply. I had posted this for a co-worker. The answer was in the articles I found after posting this from a year ago/8 days ago. She usually uses Rise which is cloud based and was not saving her files to her drive. Saving to her drive fixed the issue. THANKS! Ann
