Regarding "Timed" layers

Hey there!
On a certain slide, I have many layers.
The first several of these layers are advanced
by the user "clicking" on a certain part of the slide.
Now here's the tricky part.
On this same slide, I want to start a "timed"
presentation that begins right after one layer in
which the user "clicks to advance."
I understand how to set this up on the "base layer." But there
seems to be no option for me to change a "later layer" into a
"auto-advance timed" layer.
The "properties" given for later slide "layers" (beyond the base layer)
does not include the option to switch to auto-timed advance.
Any solutions?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Rand

Hi Rand and welcome to Heroes!
Layers need to be triggered by something - so either a click, or a variable/state change, or the start/end of a timeline. You could set it up to look like it was automatic if you used an offstate object on that layer and then set it to when the timeline on that object starts. It may also be helpful to review this tutorial on working with slide layers.
Hiya Ashley,
Thanks for the info.
It is much appreciated!
