Registering Storyline

Hello!
I work with an organisation that purchased licenses for us to use in creating training material in Storyline. I have the serial #/registration code for my Storyline license, but when I open Storyline on my desktop it asks me to sign in to my articulate account (I had previously registered for a free trial). When I log in, I get a notice my trial has expired. How do I register my Storyline license? Do I need to have an Articulate360 account to use Storyline?

Do you know what version of Storyline your serial number is for? The latest perpetual version is Storyline 3:
