Relative Linking of Stories for Offline Viewing

I have an Index.story which contains a list of all the modules which the user will be viewing (Offline). The structure would be something like:

> Path // Index output // Index // Index.html 

> Path // Story A output // Story A // Story A.html 
> Path // Story B output // Story B // Story B.html 

How do I link these three files (Index can open A and B both, and the user can also open B and Index from A)? The outputs will NOT be viewed online, but would be sent to the client as a Zipped folder.
