Reminder for Disabled Button State

Hello Heroes! I have an interaction where the NEXT button is disabled until the learner clicks all required elements on screen. I have the button grayed out as a visual for the disabled state and instructions onscreen, but a few test users have not made the connection that they missed some of the required elements.
I wanted to show a "you forgot something" reminder if they try to click on the disabled button before they've finished the interaction. I haven't been able to make this work. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Jen, perhaps you need to change the initial state of your NEXT button to Normal, then create a layer where the prompt will be placed and show when the conditions were not met when the Next button was clicked.
Also if the button state is Disabled user cannot do any type of interaction can that button.
Ah! I hadn't thought of using the state of the required elements as a condition for showing the layer. This will work perfectly. Thank you, Carlo!
