Remove gaps in the timeline

Hello!
I am fairly new to Articulate and I wonder if there is a smart way of removing following gaps in the timeline? Once I remove one element, I have to adjust all other elements manually, which is not very efficient. In the same manner, if I have to insert one extra element in the timeline, is there a way to move all the following elements simultaneously, so I don't have to do it one by one? Adding a screenshot so it is clear what I mean.

I don't know if there's an easier way to do what you want, but it looks like you can select multiple elements, and then drag and move them all at once.
You can either:
Click on the top most element, and then hold shift + click on the bottom most element to select them all or hold ctrl + click on every element you want to select.
