Got it ... Figured it out almost immediately after posting of course that being murphies law.
Then I couldn't figure out how to use the search feature to remove my question posted here. Still not able to search forums. Another question to post and answer myself moments after posting it another day likely :p
if you need to search the forums, you could try this on google: site:articulate.com
I find when I search "site:articulate.com Michael Burgess" it brings up most of your comments. But yeah -- I don't think there's a way to delete/modify posts once they're on the forum, so maybe that's moot.
We don't delete posts - but you can edit your post using the "options" button underneath your posts. No need to delete or edit this one though -as it may help another user who stumbles upon it!
In regards to searching the forums, our web team is aware of some difficulties with the searching and they're working on a powerful update to the ELH forums to help with that. In the meantime, you could also use Articusearch.

Go into Story View and uncheck it from the options on the bottom right.(Multiple Slide Navigation Controls)

Linda is correct, also under Normal View:
Go under the gear icon for you slide properties,
And then uncheck the next button.
