Not sure if this helps, but you could always just delete the feedback layers completely. It looks like you have a system of showing correct responses anyways.
Are you referring to the red and green banner that appears at the bottom of the slide during quiz review?
Although you can't edit the banner, you can cover it with a shape that matches the background of the slide. For example, if your slide background is white, use a white rectangle to hide the banner. Simply add the rectangle shape to the 'Review Feedback' feedback master layout. I hope that helps!
No, I am not referring to this banner, but to the feedback layers that appear during the quiz. They don't disapear when the quiz is done and the user checks the quiz in reveiw. Have you any idea, where this comes form?
Ah, that makes sense! There's an easy way to hide those feedback layers. Here's how:
Go to the Correct feedback layer on the first quiz slide.
Add this trigger: "Hide layer [this layer] when the user clicks the Continue button."
Add the same trigger to the Incorrect feedback layer.
Follow those steps for all question slides, then preview the quiz again. Now those feedback layers should be hidden during quiz review. I hope that helps!

They need feedback during the quiz, but I am trying to remove them during the review. I think the solution is here:
