Try the following to help address the behavior: Import your slides over to a new project file Repair your Storyline 360 installation If the issue persists, would you be willing to upload a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at the formatting settings of your markers?

Hi Indrani, not sure I understand your issue...you want the pulse/swirl feature or you don't?
At the moment you have them set to pulse but you can switch that option when you select the marker > format tab
