Looks like Robbin also posted over here, which may be why there isn't a lot of discussion in this thread.
She ended up opening a support case for some other complications, but I haven't been able to find out if she was able to get the scores rounded up to a full percentage.
I do know that there are some community-shared and unsupported methods, like this one, that may help you out, but this type of calculating isn't currently available through a built-in option in Storyline. I do think this would make a great feature request, though!
If you happen to find another method for this, please share the details :)
