Please can you help. Some of our learners need to redo our safety courses yearly. What variables do i need to add and where in order for them to do it again from the start, afresh?
It is typically a setting within the LMS itself, not the course, that clears the completed status and allows for recertification on a pre-set schedule, annually for example, and works in conjunction with an expiration date set on the certificate.

Your LMS team/admin should be able to set some expiration dates or reminder dates on courses that require annual use.
