Reset to initial state in pick-many interaction

Feb 26, 2018

I've created a pick-many interaction where the learner must check the boxes beneath the correct photos. If they select the wrong photos, they are able to try again. However, when they go back to try again the box they previously checked remains checked. Is there any way to fix this? I've selected "reset to initial state" but that doesn't seem to work. I also added a trigger where the state of the checked box returns to normal when they click submit, but I'm not a fan of how it disappears right away. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi Hannah!

Do you want to limit the number of attempts on this question?

If you don't mind unlimited attempts, you could add this trigger to your Try Again "Continue" button:  Jump to slide [current slide] when user clicks the Continue button.

This will completely reset the slide, and this also will allow learners to have unlimited attempts.

Let me know if that solution will work for you!
