I have attached multiple resources to my current project using the resources tab. While in testing mode, 4 of the resources, while they do function properly and open, also open a blank white screen that has caused confusion for the end user.
Yes, we are testing as the user would be viewing the course. We published the course in our Plateau LMS in a SCORM 1.2 format. To my knowledge, it is doing this for all users. I recieved the information from our tester feedback and I confirmed it was happening when I tested myself.

Are you testing the published output as your learner would? How are you publishing? Is it happening in a particular browser and for all users?
