Resources tab: I had the following comment regarding the use of the "Resources" tab: I was not able to access the handouts. I clicked on the resources button but nothing happened. I am using the most recent version of Internet Explorer on Windows.
Others have been able to access handouts and links.
Thanks for reaching out! I know it's challenging when only a few users are reporting an issue, and you're not seeing it happen yourself. What version of Storyline are you using? Also, are your users viewing the content with HTML5 or Flash? If it's HTML5, then you'll want to suggest that your users view the content with a supported browser for HTML5. For example, Internet Explorer is not a supported browser for HTML5 content in Storyline 2.
