Is it possible to publish a Storyline 2 file as DVD but that the output can only be used by one machine? Similar to someone purchasing software where they get one license and can use it on one machine. Any ideas?
There isn't a way within Storyline to stop someone from accessing it on a different device, so you may need to look into permission settings that you could apply to your CD or DVD.
Also, it looks like this post came through a few times - so I'm going to delete the others.
You could probably do this if the user's computer access to the Internet (you could require this), and you have programming skills or access to a programmer.
You would need to setup a website to which your course would connect when it runs, to check to see if the config of the PC matches exactly what had been used in the past. Do you have a programmer with whom you can consult?
