I have set up my quiz using the guide which seems to be correct, however when I preview I can go through the 1st attempt fine but then when I click the retry button it doesnt direct me to the questions again but just refreshers the result page to a 0% but then when I click the retry button again it directs me to the questions but then when I fail again all it does is buffer and doesnt display my results page. Please help! (p.s. I would attach the project but not sure how to do it)

Are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.26.18364.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Are your quiz questions in a question bank?
Does this problem happen when you're previewing in Storyline?
