I have a scene that I keep at the end of my modules that houses repetative interactions as a "template" scene. We just noticed in testing that even though this scene is NOT included in the menu when you use the "search" function these slides are visible to the learner. Is there any way to restrict or lock that scene from being pulled into the search content?
Hey Cheryl! Any slides that are visible in Story View will be included in the search functionality from the Player menu, even though you removed them from the menu. Restricting those "template" slides would make a great feature request, so I've submitted that for you!
In the meantime, try moving those slides to a question bank - they'll be excluded from the search functionality. Articulate 360 for Teams also includes a Team Slides feature which allows you to keep a library of slides for re-use. That feature might also come in handy for you, especially if you find yourself reusing those interactions across multiple projects.

Let me know if you have any questions!
Thank you Crystal for your reply. We will look into utilizing the question bank as a temporary solution.
