We've just started seeing an issue in Chrome where the Print Results button does nothing after entering your name. I'm guessing it's to do with a new Chrome update as it was working before and we haven't changed the Articulate files. We are using the latest version of Storyline 2.
Is this a known issue? Is there a work around? It appears to still work in Internet Explorer.
Hi Justin! It sounds like Chrome is directing the URL to the HTML5 output. Check the end of the URL--do you see story_html5.story there?
In this comparison chart, you'll see that Print Results is supported in Flash, but not in HTML5. That's also why it's still working in Internet Explorer.
We've increased our HTML5 support tremendously in Storyline 360 and Storyline 3, including support for Print Results in HTML5. We also added brand-new HTML5-only and HTML5-first publishing formats to both of those versions.
