Is there a way to show quiz results as percentages and not points?

When you create a results slide, these four number variables are added for scoring purposes automatically:

• %Results.ScorePercent% 
• %Results.PassPercent%
• %Results.ScorePoints%
• %Results.PassPoints%

If you need to show the quiz results in percentages only, you can delete these variable references right on the results slide: %Results.ScorePoints% and %Results.PassPoints%.
