Just to give you some background info. This activity is part of a few other activities which are all part of one project. The project result is combination of results of all activities.
You'll need to ensure that you're tracking the questions to that particular results slide and that results slide as a part of your LMS. It'll be up to the LMS to display the results and information the user has entered though, so you may want to check and confirm that they're able to do so.
