I have a 72-item assessment that is supposed to generate the results slide. I can see and edit the results slide in Storyline. However, when I preview the course, post to Articulate Review or LMS the results slide is not generated. The system appears to be "working", but the page never appears. The LMS records the score and completion correctly.
I published the file and uploaded to LMS and noticed the same behaviour in the HTML5 version - the module hangs on the final quiz question (drag and drop).
I also noticed there are a few questions that the question count doesn't display and after going through it a couple of times the final count is 71 of 72.
I published to Flash and uploaded to Scormcloud and it returns the layer but there are no result scores showing? You have two sets of result variables in your list - I think you are referencing the incorrect one.
Aside from the above it appears that the Flash version is working as expected but HTML5 is not.
You may want to fix up the above issues then contact Support to assist you.
Let us know how you make out after trying the recommendations Wendy suggested above. Also, you can reach out to our support engineers about the HTML5 issue using this form. They're available 24/7 and will work with you one on one to get this sorted out. :)
Thank you Wendy! That was very helpful. :) I still don't know how I got to have two sets of result variables, but my Results page works now. I also fixed the issue with the pages and question count in the Review version.
Thank you Alyssa for providing a link to the support engineers.
