The questions are in a question bank and randomized. When I load the quiz to our Meridian LMS, the Results Slide is not scoring anything but says I passed.
I am working locally on my machine.
I am in a bind as I need to publish this today to get it to my SMEs so I can meet my deadline.
I don’t get to author courses/quizzes on a regular basis (sadly). That fix makes total sense!

On first glance it looks as though you need to specify where your results slide is getting its score from.
In the screen grab below you'll see a checkbox next to the question bank, you need to check this. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
To do this you need to edit your results slide.
