Results Slide Troubleshooting

Hello Everyone, 

I am wanting to implement a results slide. I created the slide, and thought I had it set up but the results slide doesn't display once all quiz questions are answered. Users are able to answer the questions in any order, and there is informational content presented with each question. 

There is a landing slide with 4 buttons. Each button takes them on a "journey". They watch a video, answer a question. If they get the question correct, they are brought back to the landing slide, if they get the question wrong, they are asked to try again. Once the question is correct, they are brought back to the landing slide. 

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
