Resume and Bookmarks not working in course

Hello,
We are currently still using Storyline 1 (no budget for an upgrade). I produced a course to always resume. However, once published it never prompts the user to resume. It's almost like the bookmarks aren't functioning. I tried it SCORM Cloud as well and got the same results. I tried it with both the Flash Cookie option enable and disabled.
The course is quite complex with a lot of variables so it's very important that users are able to resume where they left off. Any idea what the issue(s) may be? Thanks in advance.

Hi Dustin,
I suspect you're hitting the suspend data limit, since you're publishing for SCORM 1.2 and mentioned having a lot of variables and slides. You'll want to look at the steps here to resolve the amount of data being passed and other SCORM publishing options.

Thanks so much! That was exactly it. I was publishing as SCORM 1.2 instead of SCORM 2004 Version 4. Once I published as SCORM 2004, there was no issue. I learned something important.
