I'm curious if anyone has run into this issue... I've published a course, and uploaded to our LMS, which runs perfectly when viewed on a laptop/desktop computer, including the "Resume" functionality performing as intended. But, when I view this same module on a mobile device, the Resume functionality no longer works. Anyone encounter this?
Hi, Matt -- Sorry to hear of your troubles! Can you please confirm that you have followed the appropriate steps here for Publishing a Course for Mobile Devices? And as you also mentioned that it is functioning properly within your LMS on a desktop but not on your mobile device, have you tried uploading your course on the SCORM Cloud and testing from there on your mobile device to see if you encounter identical behavior?

When you're viewing it on a mobile device are you viewing it in the Mobile player app or the HTML5? Is the resume not picking up from where the user left off on their laptop or just as they access on the new device?
