I have a quiz that when you go through it and fail it requests you to retake the quiz. When you retake the quiz and pass it takes you to the failure slide with the success slide overlaying. It is reading them both. It is not removing the failure slide.
When I fail the quiz it brings me to the correct page, when I retake it and pass, it brings up the failing page with a pass overlay and not the info from the base layer. (upload photo)

I have updated your quiz file and fixed the problem. I had to remove the video slide because it is too heavy.

It is the triggers on the results slide. I have used a new result slide and it is working.
