I have followed the instructions from this article, as we want clients to just re-do the questions they got wrong, and unfortunately, it does not seem to be working. The retry button resets the score to zero, and then doesn't take you anywhere (stays on the results slide). Any ideas what could be happening? This is for a lab safety induction quiz where they need to get 100%. Thanks in advance.
Just to clarify further, I think the problem occurs only when I edit a question slide, e.g. add an image. Otherwise it seems to work fine. Has anybody else has this happen?
Hi Wendy, thanks for responding so quickly. I have attached a small example, I would really appreciate your help. I would like students to only re-try the questions they have got wrong, rather than having to re-do the whole quiz again. They need to get 100%.
Hi Wendy, that works beautifully! Thanks so much, it all makes sense now. I should have realised the Jump to trigger needed to point to the first question...

Do you have the trigger set to take them back to the quiz questions? and is that trigger below the 'reset results' trigger,

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Do you want to share the .story file.

Hi Silvia
The only change I made was to edit the trigger that was unassigned on the Retry Quiz button to point to the first quiz slide
I think it's working as expected - see this Peek video. I ran through it a few times (I also highlighted the correct answers just for testing.

Thanks again for your help!
Great news Silvia - glad you got it working...all the best with your project :-)
Love this community, always very helpful.
As an aside, it would be great if we had this ability to retry only incorrect answers in Rise 360 quizzes! Am I wishing too much? :)
Hi Silvia,
So glad Wendy helped you out here!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts on adding this feature to Rise 360 quizzes. I'm passing it along to our product team!
