So will I have to say jump to the 1st question in the 1st quiz? The course has 11 chapters with a quiz. If I assign it to the 1st quiz question, will that suffice or will I have to add a next page. Not sure what I am doing?
FYI: The Review function automatically adds Prev and Next buttons to the quiz questions to allow the user to step through them. However, it does notautomatically jump from questions in one scene to questions in another scene. The Next button will just go to whatever the next slide is. And it won't do anything if there's no next slide (that is, if the question slide is the last slide in a scene.)
Additional programming is needed to allow reviewing and retrying non-adjacent questions. This post explains how to do that:

Hi, Roberta,
You have to tell the trigger which slide to jump to. Currently, it's unassigned:

Just click on the underlined "unassign" and choose your first quiz question slide by number.
