Quizzes not resetting when course uploaded to Cornerstone

We re having trouble with quizzes when we provide our course through Cornerstone.
We have a 5 question quiz that consists of multiple choice and free form questions. We have an 80% pass score and would like the learner to immediately retake the quiz when they do not pass. We have set all slides to reset upon revisit and have set the quiz to reset when passing score is not achieved.
The functionality works perfectly when previewing in Storyline, but when launched through Cornerstone the quiz questions are not resetting. It allows you to return to the quiz slides but the "submit" button is not longer present and has been replaced with "previous" and "next" buttons, and the quiz questions will not allow you to select an answer.
Thoughts? Answers? Suggestions?

The best way to determine if this is an issue with the published Storyline content or LMS is to test your course in SCORM Cloud–an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output. If the quiz resets as expected at SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, we may then recommend opening a case with Cornerstone to troubleshoot the issue.

Thank you so much for your help . . . this sounds like the best option to troubleshoot. That said, my employer is very particular about which sites I can upload content to. Unfortunately, using SCORM Cloud is not an option.
Any other thoughts?
Hi Eric,
I've used CSOD for nearly 14 years and am very familiar with similar issue. Try this...under the Reporting & Tracking, ensure the LMS Reporting is set to "Completed/Incomplete" and the tracking is set to "Track using Quiz Results". Completed implies that they received at least the required 80%, otherwise it's not complete. This solved for us.

Just double checked the Reporting and Tracking settings. They were set appropriately. Still no luck getting the quiz to work.

I understand. It is a bit tough to troubleshoot without seeing it. I'm not sure how long your course is, but you could mask any proprietary info, if that helps.
