I have a quiz that shows the course as incomplete if the learner does not pass. If the learner does not pass the quiz, I provided anoption to retry the quiz. When the learner retrys the quiz and passes, the result is not updated as complete for the course. This happened when testing the course on the iPad. I published it as HTML5, we do not use the mobile player app.
Are you seeing this while testing within your LMS? Have you also looked at testing at SCORM Cloud which is the industry standard for testing SCORM content? You may also want to review this article here on troubleshooting common LMS issues.
