You could put a "Return to Results" button on the Review layer of each question.
If you don't already have a Review layer, just create one with that name; Storyline should recognize it and show it during the review.
Otherwise, have Storyline create the layer by adding text to the "Post quiz review" field in Form View. (You can always delete the text from the layer when you look at it in Slide View.)

Ouch! You may want to let the learners click through the entire review this time instead. ;-)
FYI: The Feedback Masters include a layout for the Review layer. If you put the "return to results" button there, you only have to add the layer with that layout to each question. At least that'll save you from having to copy and then paste the button over and over again.
