Reversing character on a staircase in 360

I've looked high, and I've looked low to figure out how to have a character reverse going up and down steps when a button is clicked for up and another button is clicked for down. Apparently, there are a couple of posted answers, but they are in Storyline 2. 

I am able to make the character walk up the stairs but not turn around at a given point and walk down. Could someone please let me know how to do it in 360?
