Could you please help me , when I click the Review button in the Result slide(1.13) it acts wrong and shows the correct answers (incorrect), and it does not show the review of the third question. Please note that the result question is the result of the following slides (1.10 , 1.11 , 1.12 ) so please how can I fix this.

During your quiz review, the answers are being cleared out and showing incorrect, even when they were correct due to the slide properties. If you adjust the slide properties on the question slides to Automatically decide instead of Reset to initial state, this will correct the issue.
I'm not clear on what you referred to when you mentioned 'the review of the third question,' so if you can let me know what other issue you are seeing, I'd be happy to help.
