I've combed through the discussions and haven't' seen a response to this issue: I've created a quiz and when I click "Review Quiz", everything appears to be fine until you reach the last (review) slide...and then nothing!
Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Do I need to include an additional trigger to bring me back to the last scene? I've created other modules before and didn't encounter this issue.

Can you tell me more about what happens when you reach the last review slide?
Storyline should add Previous and Next buttons to the slide to allow you to navigate forward, but it sounds like you're getting stuck on that slide.
Would you be able to share your file so I can take a closer look?

Nothing happens when I reach the last review slide. The Previous and Next buttons are visible, but nothing happens - I'm stuck in limbo.

Looks like your questions and your Result Slide are in different scenes and that's why you're getting 'stuck'.
The default for the Next button during quiz review goes to the next slide and there isn't a next slide.
You need a trigger like this:
