Review Course Button Not Functioning As Intended

My team and I are very new to Storyline. We are in the process of building new course templates. I’ve created one but it is not functioning the way I intended.

Currently, when a learner fails a test they are given the following options:

• Review Course
• Retake Test
• Exit

When they select the review course button they are taken back to the first lesson. They are able to review the course and then retake the test.

I’ve attempted to recreate that here, see attached. On the failure layer I have the three buttons. I created a trigger for the Review Course button to take the learner back to the first lesson. However, when I get to the test, it shows me my previous answers as opposed to giving me a new test.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
