Review Quiz Function

Oct 21, 2020

Hi,

I am currently working on a quiz in Storyline in which the user needs to get 100% correct to pass and to review the questions. I have put in a Review Quiz button for when the assessment is passed, however as the user goes back through the questions, an "incorrect" banner along the bottom of the slide appears. I have de-selected the "show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing" option but the banner is still there. How can I get rid of this?

As I said, the user needs 100% correct to even access this review function so I'm unsure why any of the questions are labelled as incorrect, let alone all of them.

Can anyone help me out?

Cheers,

Georgia

Hi, Georgia,

When the "show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing" option is used, the program adds icons next to the correct answers.

Even when that option is turned off, the Review function shows a banner across the bottom of each question slide to indicate whether it was answered correctly or incorrectly. There is currently no way to turn those banners off, nor to edit them.

The issue of the "incorrect" banner showing on correctly answer slides sounds like a bug (though it wouldn't hurt to double-check the Results properties). You can report bugs here: https://articulate.com/support/contact
