I have developed a training module with 12 assessment questions. When the module is published the formatting is out when you 'review quiz', all the options stack on top of each other .
Has anyone had this issue or able to offer a solution?
Yes we have been using the HTML5 to enable access for reviewers without the storyline software. All the questions are set to shuffle if the user gets the questions incorrect with 3 attempts. It happened on 4 slides
I know when my colleague was reviewing the module he tested getting a few questions incorrect but he isn’t sure if it were they were the ones that went wrong on the results page.
I can't seem to email the storyline file from our network as the file size is too large, I have attached just the questions and results slide.
I published your file and uploaded to my webserver - here is the link to the html5 output. I've run through it a few times and I'm not getting that behaviour when tested in Chrome but I am getting it when tested in Edge.
Which browser are you using? That could be the issue. I think there are some known compatibility issues with IE and html5 but I don't know the extent as I never use IE if I can help it.
sorry - only Chrome is supported for HTML5 output with SL2. I was mixing it up with SL360 as I work in both.
Here are the supported browsers for output. I'm not sure if there is a workaround - hopefully someone else will chime in with a solution. Sorry I couldn't be more help

Hi Michelle
few questions
Hello Wendy
I am seeing it in publish mode for LMS, SL2.
I think it is html, I have attached a screenshot of the publish options
Hi Michelle
I see you have 'include HTML5' checked as well. I guess it depends which file your LMS is pulling.
Is it only happening on that one quiz slide? Do you have shuffle answers set on this slide?
If you want to share your .story file or just that slide happy to take a look for you.
Hi Wendy
Thanks for your response

Hi Wendy
We use Internet explorer, I don't think we have the option to change to Chrome.
Do you know if there is a work around to stop it from happening?
