I have a graded quiz & have chosen all the answers to be graded. I have also chosen to review the answers. When I publish to web to preview I review a few answers & then it jumps back to slides within the course & I am unable to review all of the answers.
It's hard to say for certain without seeing your .story file, but you'll first want to check that you're viewing the published output by loading it to a web server and testing within the intended environment as described here.
