I'd add a trigger to this button set to: jump to slide (this slide) when user clicks rewind button. This should work.
If you'd like to add a hotspot over seekbar it may be worth unticking hand coursor to avoid confusion (you can also place a transparent rectangle over the seekbar).
Is there a way to do this yet? Sometimes we want people to be able to skip back to something they have missed (without doing the whole video again) but don't want them to skip forwards as we are trying to ensure we track that they've viewed the whole of the video. thanks

I also wanted to connect this to another thread here where I provided some additional insight.
Thanks Joanna, this will restart the video. However I'm looking to give the learner ability to rewind only. Looks like coding is the only way.

You could add two triggers to replay button: stop Media and play Media when user clicks. This would affect video only, not the whole slide content.
