Rotate Device message not appearing on iPhone

Hello!

I have a Storyline 360 course which will be used on assorted devices, so have set Responsive Playback to 'landscape only' viewing permitted for tablets and smartphones. This course has been published to an LMS (SCORM 1.2) and we've had feedback from a user to say they do not get the 'please rotate your device' message when in Portrait mode - it just shows the content, which is not what we're after. They have an iPhone 11 and accessing LMS content via Safari. Any suggestions would be most welcome!

Hello there, Chris!

I created a sample file in Storyline 360 Update 47 and then hosted the package on SCORM Cloud, an industry-standard LMS testing tool.

Could you and the affected learner try my link on the device and let me know if any issues when rotating from portrait to landscape come up?
