Rotating answers in quizzes?

Hi all

I want to rotate my answers in a quiz, like this:

But it seems impossible. I have the green handle but can't select it and I don't have access to the rotation angle menu:

So is it possible to rotate the answers or not at all?

I can grab the handle and rotate, or select all the objects and right click size and position nd set rotation there

OK thanks to your answer I figured out what the problem was. If you rotate the text area (where I wanted my question to be) in your template it doesn't work. I have to rotate each text one by one.

Or select them all and rotate at the same time
