Same Drag item to more than one Drop targets

Hi All.

I am breaking my head with a quiz here. I am doing a suplementary material for a book and the questions envolves a picture and drag words to drop targets that indicates each part of picture, but sometimes the parts have the same name and I solve that by choosing one of the parts as right choice and when the user drop correctly all the other answers shows up. I did this to reduce all the triggers and layers, works well to me.

Anyway, I have encountered one question that does not follow this logic, so it messed up with my mind. Could someone help me? I subscrible below what I need to do.

This question will have 4 options to Drag up and 10 options to Drop down. The original exercise is to click on one option then on the answer and the answer will shows up, in this case I need to show one answer at the time.

To answer correctly, the user will choose a letter and fill the gaps in the picture one by one.

I tried to make this all with triggers, making a drag and drop question that the user could drop the letter inside any target and when he fill a right gap, a layer with the answer will automaticaly appears and the circle icon will disappear, but one trigger demolishes the other. And I am without new ideas to solve my problem, so I came here, humbly, to ask if anyone may help me?!?!
