I was working in SL and as I'm editing slides, I'm in the habit of hitting the 'save' button every 3-5 minutes. However, when I pulled up the version I was working on, NOTHING saved!? Why is that?

Let me ask you a few questions:
Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive as it can cause erratic behavior. If it's a local drive, but also syncing with a service such as OneDrive or Dropbox, it can cause a similar effect as a network drive.
Did you receive any errors when working on your file before saving it?
Did you experience the same behavior in multiple Storyline projects, or is this the first time this has occurred?
