I've twice now update the menu on my player for the order I want slides to appear in the menu (to match the order of the course). I have saved this and also saved as and created a new template. Both times it has reverted back to how it was before I changed it. Any suggestions?
I am not sure if I understand what you mean . When you rearrange slides in Storyview, they will update in that order in the menu. Changing the order in the Menu would be to make it different from the order of the slides as they appear.
The order of the slides in the menu is not the same as the order of slides in story view. I have tried to manually rearrange them and save the player but it hasn't worked.
Do you want the slides in the menu and Storyview to be the same? You can reset the menu back to its original order by going into the Player, under Menu and clicking on this icon:
I have clicked that but it rearranges them numerically as opposed to the order I have them in now.
Slides aren’t necessarily numbered the way I created them (possibly as from deleting slides and subsequently adding new) so this doesn’t work for me.
