Saving issues

Good Morning,

I am have been having saving issues when trying to save story files. I work in a development team of three.

We are all using the updated versions and I am the only one having these issues.

When I try to save a storyfile it pops a message up saying It cant save because it is open in another process, when it is not.

It forces me to save a duplicate ten tells me it has been edited by another user when it as not.

How can I fix this?

I am also having saving issues - "ParentContainerClosed" keeps popping up and I am losing lots of content.

Hi Murray,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot!

Are you able to select Save As and save your project in a different location? I've seen other users get this error when they're saving their files to a network drive, so saving locally is always best.
Another tip is to make sure the Storyline file name is under the 260-character limit and avoid using special characters, accents, or symbols as well.
