Scale player to fill browser window (set max dimensions?)

Is there a way to change the code in the published files to set the max scale of the player.  I would like the player to scale down as the browser window shrinks, but I would want it cap the size of how big the player can scale up. 

I know this is not a Articulate feature but curious if anyone knew a code that we can insert in the published files.
