Jeanne, you forgot to put the attachment but I think I know what you are talking about. Every once in a while Storyline will sort of error out. I get it from time to time. All you need to do is save your work, close storyline down and the relaunch. That has fixed it for me. If you are still having the issue persistently, I might try uninstalling and reinstalling Storyline. Also, make sure it is up to date.
