I was testing my SCORM 2004 course in SCORM Cloud and thought everything was going smoothy--it resumed fine in the middle of the course after I had closed and re-started and it completed fine when I closed at the last slide. But then when I reopened it, it took me to very first slide without asking me if I wanted to resume. When I closed it, SCORM Cloud now said that it was "incomplete."
Is there a setting somewhere I need to change so that once a course is complete, it stays complete?
The Resume feature in Articulate Storyline controls how learners will experience your course if it's viewed more than once. See this tutorial for details.
Do you have a .story file that you would like us to take a look at?
The resume feature worked as expected until the course was marked complete. Launching a complete course resulted in all progress being lost and the completion status to be reset to "incomplete."
I did manage to fix the issue (at least in SCORM Cloud) by setting "Report status to LMS as: Complete/Incomplete" to "Report status to LMS as: Passed/Incomplete" in the publish settings.

Thanks for the update, Keari, and please let us know if you need additional assistance. :)
