I would like the following courses to register as "completed" once the user has pressed the exit button at the end. However on our company LMS (Brainshark) AND on SCORM Cloud they register as "incomplete" every time I go through the courses.
I have changed the reporting and tracking sections as well as added the trigger "complete course when user clicks" for the exit button at the end.

Looks like you've shared the published output files, but if we could take a look at the .story file that would be helpful to understand all of the publishing settings and what you're seeing.

I think it's something really simple! Take a look at the trigger order for the course completion trigger:
It's appearing after the Exit course trigger, meaning it doesn't actually have time to execute. I changed the order and uploaded a copy of your course here, and that one registered the completion at the end (even if I failed).

Sometimes it's the simplest things, but we're always here to check it out. Trigger order is something that trips up a lot of folks though, so you're not alone.
